It was pretty much chilled but somewhat different from other branches I’ve been to. The waiter didn’t really apply the… usual standards of Hennis and we had to change her.I had to order another drink because of a mistake she made as I was pregnant at that time. The waiter didn’t do any recommendations until the manager stepped in on her rescue and got everything sorted out quickly.The manager was super nice and friendly and kept checking if we needed anything as he could see our waiter was not checking up on us.Otherwise, the food was great, freshly and warmly served.read more

I have been to Hennie’s Clubview three times. Twice I have been extremely disappointed. 1st time ordered a T-bone.… Tough when it’s a medium too rear. Full of sinew. So dissatisfied especially with the price and quality. Second time myself and my wife ordered 4 starters, amazing but pricey. Tonight went with friends, what a disappointment and a total ripoff. I ordered a 500g Eisbein, came as maybe 200g compared to my friends 300g rump. I asked the manager if this really a 500g Eisbein, he was adamant it’s 500g. No apology or explanation. Judge for yourself!what a ripoff. Sis and definitely not proud South African.read more
Our new favorite place for a quick budget breakfast. Just the right portion size with coffee or tea included. Very good… value for money for a slightly older couple like us. Breakfast served undil 12:00. We will definitely go back for the same order in the months to come.read more
The in-house specials were really delicious. Our waitress Tandiwe was very friendly and on point. Our food came out… quick and hot and the beer was ice cold The Manager Marshal regularly checked in to see if we were satisfied. Hennie’s will definitely see us again.read more
Loving the sports bar atmosphere. Service is amazing. Had 4 waiters wanting to clean my table but I was still busy… after eating.Food: for the price, quality is definitely up there. Asked for my Classic Hennies Burger to be medium & it came to me medium. Well done. I’ll definitely be back.They’ve got a wide variety of All day, Everyday Specials. I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Graham, and he truly made our dining experience exceptional! From the… moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He struck the perfect balance between professionalism and personality. He was always nearby when we needed something, but never intrusive.Graham knew the menu and specials and gave excellent recommendations. He made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire time, and his positive attitude really stood out. He chatted to us and knew all of us by name after one introduction, it’s rare to find service this genuine and thoughtful, he’s a true asset to the restaurant.We’ll definitely be coming back, and we’ll be asking for Graham again!read more
What an amazing place 😍, the food was AMAZING, prices are less than I expected for the quality, WOW! And my… host Graham was fantastic and made me feel right at home. JUST ONE THING 🫣 THE upstairs none smoking area’s chairs are to high for normal people to sit comfortably, very very uncomfortable made me want to eat and get out of there, I can’t imagine short people sitting on those chairs 😳… easy fix just cut the feet shorter…. and that’s why my rating is 4 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️read more
