We visited early in the morning, just after Hennie’s opened, and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed great coffee and even better breakfasts in a relaxed atmosphere.We had our 4-year-old nephew with us, and the staff went out of their way to switch on everything in the play area for him. He especially loved having the jumping castle all to himself for a while! Their thoughtfulness and willingness to accommodate us made the morning extra special.A big thank you to the staff for making our visit such an enjoyable one. We look forward to returning.

Greatly appreciated by this “Soutie.” I’m very jealous of my friends who I was visiting in Waterkloof from the Cape, as they get to have this spot right around the corner from them.Staff are very friendly and you can tell they have access to the right training, so credit to whoever is running the team there.Popped in for breakfast and good coffee and will more than likely go back for lunch this afternoon before the trip home again.Nice Happy Hour specials available. I have no idea who Hennie actually is, but he seems like alot of fun based on his “Rules” for the restaurant.
Had such a lekker time at Hennie’s Waterkloof. Great atmosphere and an all round awesome vibe. Sam was a fantastic waiter and really made the experience. The food was amazing with lekker pizzas and drinks. Those double fried chippies with the special seasoning were next level. Can’t wait to be back.
The managers Mike & Farai an absolute delight! Brain & Jethro, amazing waiters! Brain is the reason we kept coming back over and over! The atmosphere during the rugby games is amazing!Also we got free shots and a goodie🔥♥️

Enjoyed a wonderful birthday lunch. Faith was an absolute star waiter. Very friendly and helpful. Kids had fun in the play area. Food was tasty. Atmosphere relaxed and the whole experience worth repeating.
We live close to this restaurant and wanted to stop by to see what all the buzz is about, as it’s busy most of the time.Overall, it’s a sports bar with *loud* broadcasting events.Service was outstanding; whenever you go to this branch, ask for Norma.The food is good. We started with the Buffalo Wings Bietjie Byt Chillie Sauce… and they are spicy hot! With real chillies, not the sugary sauce that other places offer. They come with a generous serving of fries and crispy onion rings, along with a couple of additional sauces, which I would exclude as the chilli sauce they baste the wings in is more than enough.We also ordered chicken fingers, with butternut and creamy spinach sides, which were good… but once deep-fried, I would also baste them with some sauce to give them a ‘kick’. I felt this particular platter was more suited for children.Next time, I shall have the Groot Vark Eisbein and the Cookies & Cream sweet treat.

Yolanda was THE most amazing waitress we have ever encountered, in saying this we try out a different restaurant 3x per week. Our first at Hennies, great and certainly team “YOLANDA”!
Patience was the most amazing 😍🤩😍🤩 and wonderful 😊 friend and made this once in a seriously long experience a remembeble, the environment was calm even children friendly and the food are worth every penny 😁💓😁🤠 complementarities to the chef especially on the meat and pap coming all the way from Limpopo would recommend this joint

Fantastic food! From steaks and chicken to snitchels, eisbein, platters, burgers, scrumptious fries, salads, pizzas, nachos and loaded hot-dogs! Great breakfasts and kiddies menu. Also a play area for the little ones.Incredible drinks menu at really good prices.But be warned!……..don’t break the HOUSE RULES! And don’t EVER ring the BELL!

JP the manager was extremely rude to us!!! Never experienced such terrible service!!! After 2 waiters told us to sit at the bar after we ordered something to drink to wait for this one table to open up, next moment we wanted to go and take a seat that the 2 waiters promised us, then the next moment JP chase us away and told us this is for someone else, we didn’t book, and if we didn’t book, they can’t help us, but he was so arrogant and cocky, needless to say, we left the place and will never go back. We just never felt welcome with a manager that doesn’t know how to talk to clients
